 Courtney Manor is a 112 bed nursing facility offering skilled and basic levels of care.
Our Mission is to develop, promote and implement an atmosphere of acceptance and support to preserve the honor and dignity of all persons. We believe in the essential value of our residents and staff as a group, and respect the unique dignity of each as an individual. Courtney Manor offers a Special Care Unit with trained staff to meet the needs of Residents requiring more structured care. Our Special Care unit is designed to be therapeutic for residents dealing with challenges of aging, such as confusion, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease. Courtney Manor also offers a Rehabilitative Unit designed with the more active & alert resident in mind. Our staff offers Individualized skilled nursing care designed to help each resident reach their optimal functional level. The staff at Courtney Manor invites your or a loved one to take advantage of our homelike atmosphere while recovering. The Administration is committed to providing a well supervised health care We at Courtney Manor are committed to promoting the independence of our residents -- personally, medically, psychologically, socially and spiritually -- and we will advocate for enhancing the quality of their lives to the fullest extent possible. Our employees share the primary goal of providing quality care and services with courtesy and respect for our residents. Our physicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers and skilled therapist work closely together to provide a comprehensive plan of care to meet the individual needs of our residents.
